Hi, my name is Ron Abrahams. My wife of 44 years and I have three adult children and two grandchildren.
Currently, I am a Deacon at the church I attend. I have a long history of community service. Kiwanis, Toastmasters (DTM), Phoenix Children’s Hospital, City of Glendale boards and commissions, Glendale Chamber of Commerce, Boy Scouts (Scoutmaster), YMCA and AYSO soccer (coach and referee), and more.
I have one published book so far, and one on the way.
My BA degree is in education from Arizona State University and am a graduate of St. Stephen’s, an Eastern Orthodox theological seminary (Christian). I briefly taught elementary school then went into business when I bought a quick-print franchise from which I received three industry awards:
• Fastest start-up.
• Most improved over previous year’s sales.
• Most profitable franchisee in copy sales.
An Advertising Specialist
Even though my background is in Quick Printing I specialized in advertising. This included copywriting and graphic design. While most printshop owners only think of themselves as printers, I noticed my customers were mostly using my print services for their advertising needs. I became their advertising specialist. This included copywriting, which no other printshop offered.
Why Bonzer America?
It’s because my wife’s mother is from Sydney. In Australia bonzer is slang for terrific. And America, of course, is the land of opportunity. So my company name is like saying “terrific opportunity.” I believe that for myself and my clients.
